加硫天然ゴムの加硫密度と熱拡散率および熱伝導率の関係

Relationship between Vulcanizing Density and Thermal Diffusivity or Thermal Conductivity of Vulcanized Natural Rubber

天然ゴムの熱拡散率および熱伝導率をレーザーフラッシュ法を用いて測定し,加硫密度との関係について考察した。天然ゴムの熱拡散率および熱伝導率は,加硫による高次構造の発現によって大幅に上昇し,加硫密度と硫黄架橋天然ゴムの熱拡散率および熱伝導率の間には正の相関関係が成り立つことを見出した。
Thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity of natural rubber (NR) were measured by laser-flash method, and their vulcanizing density dependence was discussed. Thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity of NR remarkably increased with appearance of higher-order structure by vulcanization. Furthermore, the positive correlation between thermal diffusivity or thermal conductivity of vulcanized NR and its vulcanizing density was found.
